preparing love‑potions. Those who sell such substances incur the same
demerit.) 8. Thirty demerits for consorting with a prostitute once. 9. Twenty demerits for making indecent advances toward an attractive
person. 10. Ten demerits for commenting upon a woman’s physical beauty. 11. Five demerits for indulging in indecent sexual acts at improper times
within the household. 12. Three demerits per day for keeping obscene images, texts or verses.
(This applies to all forms of stored pornographic material: ninety
demerits a month, well over one thousand demerits in a single year.
