The Inexorable Nether Laws must be published as soon as possible, so that deluded living beings in the human world may turn back from wrongdoings, abandon evil and practice goodness, and swiftly recover the radiance of their innate spiritual nature.

We arrived in the hells! I prostrated to Earth Store Bodhisattva, who graced me with a compassionate smile. The Bodhisattva forever radiates boundless radiance with immense kindness and compassion. Earth Store Bodhisattva manifested in the form of a compassionate monastic figure, seated in full lotus posture. For the first time, I beheld the Bodhisattva upon a cyan lotus blossom throne. In his left hand, He held a pink pearl, and in his right hand, a golden khakkhara. Beside Earth Store Bodhisattva was Diting, his mount. To the Bodhisattva’s left stood Bhikshu Daoming, the Dharma Master, and to his right, Elder Min, the Dharma Protector. I prostrated to the Dharma master and the Dharma protector!
Supported directly by Earth Store Bodhisattva’s awesome power and empowering grace, I entered the hells without traversing other regions of the nether realm. We gazed down from mid-air. I stood slightly below Earth Store Bodhisattva, closer to the hells. Wailing cries already reached my ears, and I beheld Earth Store Bodhisattva radiating light to bestow empowerment within the inferno.
Dharma Master Daoming informed me this hell is known as the Hell of Wailing. Earth Store Bodhisattva came here today to help one condemned soul transcend. To receive the mercy and compassion of Earth Store Bodhisattva is an immense blessing beyond measure!
Monk Daoming explained that descendants of this condemned soul had been reciting the Earth Store Sutra day and night, drawing the Bodhisattva hither. In one of its past lifetimes, this spirit was a left-home cultivator. Yet during that monastic life, it failed to uphold the precepts purely and could not attain liberation. It was later reborn into a wealthy household in the human realm, where it fell into degeneration. Having transgressed the sexual‑misconduct precept, it eventually sank down into the hells.
At that moment, Earth Store Bodhisattva beckoned Elder Min to descend. Elder Min went down and spoke to two ghost enforcers: “Earth Store Bodhisattva summons the male condemned soul XXX.” Shortly afterwards, the ghost wardens led forth a male soul trembling all over, bleeding and engulfed in agony. He was far too tormented to utter a single word. He looked neither ghost nor human, a fragile soul so insubstantial that it seemed a strong gust of wind might sweep him away.
